Cancellation and Refund Policy for Seasonal Rentals

For seasonal rentals from December 1 through May 1, the executed lease agreement provides the following terms:

- **More than 180 days before arrival:** 100% of total booking charges refunded, less a $495 taxable cancellation fee.
- **More than 120 days before arrival:** 50% of total booking charges refunded, less a $495 taxable cancellation fee.
- **Within 120 days of arrival:** No refund.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 120 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
